Beautiful view, wildlife watching, convenient location, quiet and exceptional friendly management and maintenance is what you will get renting here! Having a garage attached to a place that feels more like a home than a rental is also a plus.

Great place to live, especially with pets!
Current Management is on top of it! Property is clean and well taken care of. We love our unit and being near Jordan River and the walking path. Close to freeway and shopping but quiet and peaceful. Very pet friendly; which is a huge plus!

Great homes
Nice area with great townhomes. Good environment for kids with park nearby.

Family worthy
Any place you live you can always find faults. We moved into Southridge just a short couple months ago. There have been multiple little things that have popped up during our stay here that have been minor inconveniences but every time something has happened and we reached out to management to fix the problem they have responded quickly and we’ve always had good interactions with the maintenance crew. So for that reason I’m leaving a 5 star review because they have always been on top of helping us and never did we feel like they were burdened to do so.

A Fabulous Place to Call Home
I've lived at Southridge for almost two years, and it has been a quiet, pleasant, well-managed place to live. I have a 3 bedroom unit with views of the Migratory Bird Preserve and the Jordan River Trail to the west. Fabulous mornings, watching the birds and wildlife, and fantastic sunsets from two of the bedrooms (one of which I use as a den). As an avid cyclist, I can leave my place and be on the Jordan River Trail in less than five minutes where you can ride all the way to Provo or Ogden and avoid traffic. I have six bikes, and I only mention this because of the HUGE garage space with a raised platform that is great for bikes, a workshop, and storage. The garage was a definite selling point in moving here. As for the unit itself, it’s well designed and very functional. The kitchen with granite counter tops will accommodate up to four bar stools, so you can easily have 8 - 10 guests over for dinner and a football game. Large living room with plenty of room for a sectional and 70" flat screen TV. The Master Bedroom is large with an extra large tub and shower and a nice walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms, while not large, are perfect for children or a den. The 1/2 bath on the main level is excellent when you have guests visiting, as is the large front porch area, large enough for a table and chairs patio love seat and two chairs. The freeway access could not be better. I can be in downtown SLC in 30 minutes (with traffic) or in Provo in about 35 minutes. Great restaurants within walking distance of Southridge, including one of the best Indian and best Sushi restaurants in Utah. Excellent grocery stores nearby (Harmons and Smiths). And for fitness buffs, Lifetime Fitness (an amazing club) is within walking distance. Nice play parks for the kids along the Jordan River Trail too. BUT, if you don’t want to venture even that far, the pool, hot tub, playground, and fitness facility at Southridge are well-maintained and very accessible. The management team has always been responsive and a pleasure to work with. They make living here that much more pleasant because of their positive attitude and courtesy. I’m moving out of state and will miss Southridge. I’m convinced that I would have a hard time beating the location, unit, and management staff at any other facility in the SLC area. I highly recommend this place and wanted to leave this candid review from a veteran resident prior to my departure.
