We went to look at the apartments located downtown at The Met. Marlene was very gracious and showed us the models we were interested in. The place has a homey feel to it and we liked it very much. We decided to put down a deposit on a 2 bedroom. Marlene ran our application and we were approved in minutes . Looking forward to moving in the next several months!
Great rental experience
Not even moved in yet, but must express the satisfaction of the whole process. The units are beautiful, with everything upgraded. Tons of storage space and great views. The grounds are gorgeous and clean, and everyone in the office was terrific. Nothing felt like I was bothering them, and Aaron took as much time as was necessary to address all my questions and concerns. Even weeks after I first toured the unit, there was open communication and a genuine interest in working with me. Same with Abel, whom I spoke with at length before even being turned over to Aaron. The location could NOT be better, and it's the only complex that's fully gated and secured that I have found, in that whole area. The are undergoing a remodel of the lobby, gym, and pool, so things will only be looking better! Once you walk into a unit, you will want it. The kitchen is stunning, plenty of storage, large bathroom, and even a wood burning fireplace. Plank-style floors, new paint and appliances. Very neutral contemporary, I love it. I just leased my first apartment ever here at the Met, but if every leasing process goes this smoothly for me in the future I will be very happy! Marleen had all the answers and made everything easy, from me calling multiple times to get my application and paperwork complete, answering general questions about the property, and even helping my girlfriend and I come up with a plan to maximize our savings during the great specials that the Met offered. We can not wait to join the Met community!
Beautiful Apartments with Great Management Team
My son started searching for apartments for his graduate school experience as ASU Downtown Phoenix campus. Due to his being so far away from home in North Carolina, we desired for him to find a place within walking distance, plus safe, well kept, and secure. Our original tour and discussions regarding his needs was Abel. Abel was very nice, informative, and thorough with regards to sharing the pertinent details and specials going on at that time (late June 2018). After touring several apartment communities, Chris, my son, decided on The Met @ 3rd and Fillmore as his "home away from home'. At that point, Aaron, another amazing manager at The Met, took the ball and ran with it. He was extremely helpful with the long-distance electronic and phone communications to ensure a smooth transition for our family as Chris began grad school at Walter Cronkite a couple weeks ago. When there are any questions or need for clarity regarding is lease or issues with his apartment, Aaron has been ready and willing to respond and get it resolved expeditiously. Thanks for the opportunity to share how great the experience has been.
Great Place Great people
Saw this place online and decided to take a look. Aaron was amazing and so helpful with everything. Showed us the units we would move into and not just a model like everywhere else I have seen. He was great in answering all our questions. Abel was also such a great person to go to. This is truly the best leasing office I have had the pleasure of meeting. I moved in the day after signing the lease and so far loving it here!
Excellent Customer Service
Aaron was amazing with his customer service at The Met. Although my plans changed and I did not rent at The Met I can tell you that Aaron is the only person who made several attempts to contact and email about my relocation. I inquired at several places in downtown Phoenix and not a person cared to call me. I chose to stay with a friend for the next several month rent free but I can tell you that when I am ready to rent an apartment I will certainly contact Aaron at The Met. Aaron thank you again for your excellent customer service.
My significant other recently moved in and he couldn't be happier. The complex and unit itself is beautiful! Love the location because it is close to a lot of great places. Not so crazy about the parking and birds but- especially grateful to Aron in leasing for being so helpful and welcoming! He truly made the difference between all of the other complexes we looked at as he is knowledgeable, friendly and professional!

Aaron is extremely friendly and helpful to work with. He will make you feel right at home, answer your questions with ease and give tips on events and happenings around the city. The apartments are unique and newly renovated. The jacuzzi and pool are beautiful and well kept, as are the grounds. The gym is small but has enough equipment to get you by. All in all, it's a great place to live if you want to be in the city within walking distance to numerous bars, restaurants and parks with regular festivals and celebrations.
First of all I would like to express the appreciation and gratitude towards Abel who took time from his lunch to answer our questions. We happened to stop by unannounced because we were passing through from out of state. Our daughter will be attending the ASU Walter Chronkite School of Broadcasting & Journalism in the fall. Due to the Co-Vid crisis we had no choice but to handle everything by phone and on-line hoping we made a good choice. I’m very pleased to say we did. Abel was very knowledgeable and professional. Cannot thank him enough! Looking forward to my daughter’s future home at The Met Apartments.

Looking for an apartment can be very exhausting and difficult. Stayca’s help made my experience so much easier. She was very professional, patient and polite.
I’ve been living at the met for only a few months, and it was the best decision I’ve made. Stacya stepped up and helped us with everything, it was a very stress free transition. She’s always upbeat and friendly, and does a phenomenal job of making residents feel at home!
Amazing customer service
Thanks to Abel and Stacya for moving us in within 24HRS. We were in need of moving in quickly and they were able to assist us through out the entire process as quickly as possible. They even spent after hours to continue closing the lease. They were very helpful and amazing !! Highly recommend living in the apartment complex.

Great management, great place to live
We have lived at the Met apartment homes going on four years. Since we have lived here there have been several very nice additions to make it even more attractive. New additions to pool area. Making the office area more functional and beautiful. The new outside painting is terrific! Our Manager, Abel Ortiz, has been consistently friendly and helpful when we have questions. And on the few times when a problem has arisen, he has taken care of them effectively, letting us know that he truly cares about our experience of living here. Abel's assistant, Stacya, is helpful and gracious in taking care of us also. Luis, who takes care of the property, is a whiz at dealing with every fix-it question or need we have had, The inside of the apartments is up to date and beautiful, with energy-efficient appliances and lighting. The Met's location is wonderful, within walking distance of a multitude of restaurants and entertainment locations (including Symphony Hall, the Arizona Center, and the Saturday downtown market). The owners have consistently shown that they care about us, the residents, in all they have done. We enjoy living here, and particularly appreciate Abel Ortiz and his staff for their gracious care.
This is by far the best apartment complex I’ve lived at. They made the application process quick and easy and made themselves available for any questions. Stacya gave an amazing tour and reassured that not only would this be a great place to live but also a great place to work from home. The other residents are friendly and respectful of the complex too which is really nice. Abel is very helpful and always ensures that maintenance requests are fulfilled within the same day that they’re submitted. The best part is the location. There are so many amazing coffee places and restaurants within walking distance. I definitely recommend this apartment!
I have been here for over a year now and the apartment is good and staff always helpful and goes the extra miles to make sure you are happy and comfortable with your stay. Maintenance is really fast and take care of the issue right away and make sure things wok at 100%. Thank you Abel and Louis!
