Great management helps in what you need. Very friendly, respectful. Love living here always clean, and quite. Laundry room close by , Wen something wrong usually the same day Maitenance guy will come. Just peaceful. ♥ï¸
My review
I am a renter at this Property and Danielle Madrigal our property manager is simply the best. Anytime there are issues or repairs, she is right on it. Things are dealt with immediately and professionalism. I always recommend our property for there next place to call home. I have gained a real appreciation of just how important a top shelf property manager like Miss Madrigal is running a successful rental property operation

Beautiful Property
I recently inquired about renting an apartment through Premier. I spoke with Danielle in the front office and while she was extremely helpful, unfortunately they are at 100% occupancy. She did inform me she would keep me up to date once something becomes available. I have only driven past this property a couple of times but compared to almost every other apartment complex in the antelope valley, this is truly a diamond in the rough. I hope to become a resident soon !
Premier apartments
I really like this complex, specially our Manager Danielle is very professional and she gets any issues done right away, amazing, and she makes sure the tenants are happy. I just hope some of the tenants be more courteous toward others in regards to noise and disturbance.

I have lived in these apartments for about a year. Management is awesome and the maintenance here is great they get stuff done. Very quiet and family oriented. Premier staff is very caring and sympathetic to the tenant’s. Thank you 😊
Nice Apartments!
I have lived at these apartments for almost 4 years. I have to say that I adore it here!! The management is exceptional and so is maintenance. If you ever need anything done all you have to do is call and they are on it! It’s also quiet and clean here. Bottom line, if you are looking for an exceptional apartment with exceptional staff this is the place to be!!!
