This place is absolutely beautiful clean and entirely welcome. The office staff and maintenance staff are great and they respond really quickly to anything. The amenities in the community are incredible. I’ve been so happy here and have zero complaints.

This community is absolutely gorgeous. It doesn’t feel like a typical apartment complex. It is modern, relevant, close to many attractions!! The management is friendly, smart, d is quick to get back to you. Well done!

Love this place
I love this apartment complex so much. Just took a beautiful walk to Gardner Village and the dogs loved it. The only negative comment i have is for other tenants not management. "CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOGS FOR HELL SAKES". If i can clean up after 2 dogs you can clean up after your 1 dog. just saying. Let's keep our grounds beautiful.
New To the Area
I just moved from San Jose, CA. Driving around town, I saw Bad Ass coffee shop and a for lease sign for Gardner Station. Serendipity! From the time I walked in to the leasing office, I felt I found my new home. (I've checked several places. This community felt right). Jackie and Michelle has helped me made this choice easy. They are professional and prompt in answering all my questions. Thanks for making this transition a breeze.

Me and my boyfriend were searching everywhere for our first apartment together, all the other places were cut & dry and not super helpful. Something that should be exciting turned into a headache. We decided to check out gardener station and felt immediately at home with a HUGE warm welcoming from Michelle she was so sweet and personable with great energy! we told her what we wanted and when we were planning on moving and she got creative and made it work! I was blown away she really made it her priority to help us, We are so thrilled and excited again! Thank you Michelle you are a rockstar!

Living style
Gardner Station Apartments I like a dream come true for me! I've had Apartments before but not like this everything is 100% great! The property manager Jacci Brewer is so amazing it's crazy! She's awesome I couldn't have asked for a better manager she resolves problems right away, she keeps the property up and running, Awesome with people I mean I just can't say enough she's so great and has made it such a pleasure to live here and I've been here for a year and have no intention of leaving. if you're looking for a great place to live I would suggest this one. not because I live here but because the staff, the maintenance, the property everything is just amazing. Thank you so much Jacci for making my stay here a pleasant one.

To great experiences
I've been here for the past year, watching people come and go and it's been a great environment! Lovely views, great walks, cute shops nearby; couldn't ask for anything better for a first time apartment! The management here has always been extremely helpful and making everything as simple as possible! Submitting service requests on their website is simple and gets done within a timely manner. Hopefully in the near future I can see myself here again.
The greatest place to live!!
I have lived at Gardner Station Apartments for 8mo now and I absolutely love it! The apartments are stunning obviously but the community and building are always kept clean and tidy. Everyone in the office is lovely. Shout out to Brittany especially for helping me out and answering any and all questions I have. The maintenance is awesome. They make it it easy to submit requests for maintenance things like my ice working stopped working and my clogged kitchen sink online and they came out to my apartment within a day or two and had it taken care of! I would highly recommend living here!

All I needed was an opportunity. Jacci Brewer, Gardner Station Apartments and Cornerstone Property Management gave me that opportunity. I have never had a manager that took the time to understood her employees, the way we worked, the way we process information, and the reasons why we were not performing. The best was she knew we could, making the necessary changes that would allow us to be the best. Never showing favoritism and always treating each of us as the individual we are. Love living here
I’ve lived here for about a year and I love it. The view is so pretty from the apartment and the apartments are brand new. Michelle is also awesome and will make sure you have what you need. If you're looking into living here, definitely ask for her. The maintenance staff is also very kind when putting in work orders.
