I have lived in @2100 for about 15 months. The apartment is nice and open concept which is something I really appreciate in a small apartment. I love the hard wood floors because it is so much easier to keep clean than carpet. The appliances are not in the luxury category, especially the washer. I guess the owners had to save money somewhere! However, I do love the staff here. Kristina has been great to work with. She's friendly and kind and treats me with respect. My questions and concerns are answered and has always been professional and non-condescending. Harold has been very helpful with any problems in my apartment and immediately answered an emergency call I placed once. The interior and exterior of the building is kept clean and attractive. The only issue would be with the dog owners in the building who do not take responsibility for their dogs and cleaning up after them. Seriously people, if your dog poops, clean it up!!!!!! Bottom line, I have been happy here but have to move because I am a senior on a limited income. The manager of this building (and another in a different part of town), has nothing to do with the rent increases so I would encourage the owners of these apartments to slow down the increasing rent.
