We have lived in Hampton East for over two years. We initially rented a one bedroom which was nice and only shared one wall with the neighbor. We moved into a 3 bedroom and it's great! We have no shared walls and it's more like a bungalow/stand alone unit. It's helpful to have the door step trash service. The pool is great! There are a lot of services in the neighborhood. The staff have been great too. The inside of the units are very nice and have modern. Would love for the gym to open:). Super quick to the freeway for my commute to work too. We do enjoy living here.

Moved in next week, the entire experience with NEW MANAGER APRIL WAS STELLAR! She is focused, dedicated, and cares! Property is nice, units are nice, and the location is awesome! Call April for your new home needs!
Visited this complex to swim with family and was really impressed with the pool!! I know how hard it is to keep a pool that clean during an Arizona monsoon season and the maintenance tech Travis really knows what he’s doing.
Casitas!
I have been living here going on three years. The staff is nice, professional, attentive, timely, and all-around Great people. The actual casita is beautiful, spacious, modern with all the ambiance. I chose this place for the backyard and am still here because of it. I have lived in the two bedroom and now in the one bedroom and it did not feel like a downgrade but instead I was surprised at the storage space and that the one bedroom is quite roomy. p.s. I have never had a parking issue ;)
New tenant
I just want to say how helpful Boone has been since the day I walked into his office. When i first walked in to ask to see a 3x2 at 540pm close to closing time which 6pm he stopped everything he was doing and showed me and my family it. He has been prompt and efficient from the time he sent me my application till the time i signed my lease! Boone always got back with me in a timely manner and answered all questions that I had with no hesitation! I will be moving in soon and already I feel like I can trust the front office team. The apartment itself looks amazing and spacious! with adorable prices compared to many places I have looked at. Thanks AGAIN BOONE FOR ALL THAT YOU HAVE DONE AND CONTIUE TO DO.
Great place to live!
I truly enjoy living in this part of Mesa, AZ. Everything is so close and there's a ton of things to do. However, the staff at this location are hands down the best. They tend to your needs and get back to you quickly with answering your needs. Kylie and Boone are so friendly and funny, it's truly a pleasure to see their smiling faces. I have never had that kind of service before and it's much appreciated. I don't know if you're looking for a place to stay, but I personally would like to recommended Hampton East.
Awesome staff
From the moment we arrived we felt like we were meant to be here. The office staff is awesome. They helped us find the right apartment at the right time. They have helped me navigate the journey to renting since we haven't rented in over 20 yrs. The grounds are clean, maintenance issues get handled immediately and we love our new apartment. Highly recommend living here. You won't be disappointed.

I took a tour today with Maria and I have to say it felt like I’ve known her for years. She was very welcoming and provided very helpful information. She knew the area well and carried a great conversation during the entire tour, which was very professional and her customer service was above & beyond. Maria also answered my questions, during the application process. I rate Maria is a valuable asset and had to leave a review on my visit.
Living in Luxury
This is an update review. I have been living out at the Hampton East Apartments for over a year now, and it is such a beautiful place to live at, and call home. The community is very peaceful and vibey. It is truly luxury at its finest. The property manger Chris Prince, who we all call Prince, is so helpful and it shows that he truly cares about your situation. He is my go to person.. If you bring anything to him he is on it, and will strive to do his very best to make sure you are good. He has worked with me to maintain my residency here, and for that I am very grateful indeed. There is always a vibe going on, as Prince keeps things eventful, as far as pool parties, Jamaican food trucks, wellness days for the community etc. etc. We truly get the best top notch treatment out here, like we are Royalty. I mean, I’ve lived in many places before, but here at The Hampton East, it truly feels like a family and being apart of a strong community, that is respectful of peace and harmony. Every time, I turn into our driveway, especially at night, when the lights on the palm trees are on and glowing, it makes me feel bougie lol.. Like I really feel like I made it in life living here. If you are considering moving out here I would highly recommend, especially if you are of a high class individual, who loves peace, tranquility, and a good vibe! All the best.. Warmly, -Rayna ?
