Lizbeth was very helpful on getting us in a apartment as soon as it was available! We were given all information and things we needed to have to move in! Probably one of the best apartments I have stayed at. It’s quiet and comfortable. Respectful staff and peaceful area to live. More than one pool. Lots of vending machines.
I toured with Veronica had a delight visit! She was very welcoming/ friendly and was able to answer all my questions. definitely considering signing a lease here

My apt
I would like to mention that I moved here almost a year ago and I’m so glad we did. Every time I called the office or I personally go into the front desk and Veronica or anyone is there , She always addressed my concerns or problems I may have at the apt. Veronica always makes sure my situations are directed to whoever need to be directed in order to fix it, to the manager or maintenance and then checks on us to make sure the job was done. Veronica has also help me with my iPad ( because I was having issues to make my payment) guiding me and explaining me how I needed to download the app and send my payment. I’m so glad because now I just make one click and the payment is done. I don’t have to go bank to get a M.O. or write a check. This may seem little things, but for me as a super busy mom it makes a big difference. Thank you Veronica and everyone at Falcon Glen.
