I have lived here for a few years now and I will say that Richie is the best assistant that has been here in a while. I was so happy when Kristy came back also. They both are the best.

Great place with awesome amenities.
Kristi and Staff are very professional and quick to answer any questions and fix any problems with an quick solution. I had a small problem with entry with my Motorcycle and i mention it to Kristi and she gave me an remote to enter with ease. Also i had a small issue and she asked for permission for the maintenance to enter and solve the problem the same day,,specifically my stove, handle broke and they honestly gave me a new stove, samething with the washing machine, with new appliances the same day as a replacement in stead of a repair, it was a nice upgrade to my apartment, thank you for all you Kristi, and staff.

Great staff, love the privacy, and I feel safe. Krystal at the front desk has been a big help for me since I’ve been here and a awesome person as well.
I have only been a resident for about 2 months now, but I must say from the beginning of the process until now has been wonderful and a blessing all thanks to Julie and Krystal. The complex is quite and neat. I can honestly say its home.

I went to the office to pay rent and saw that the lady at the front desk returned. Carmelita is amazing and It was good to see she returned. I hope she she doesn't leave again

My experience at Ventana Palms Apartments was excellent: the spacious apartments with all the amenities to include in unit washer and dryer was luxurious living. And the grounds were unique with grass lawns, play ground for the kids and semi-private apartment entrances. The competence and integrity in the front office was an exceptional feature also
