Love my apartment
Very cute, small and clean studio with an amazing staff, maintenance is always around and very helpful, Gerri and Terri in the office are awesome, thanks ladies for all your help.

The maintenance guys are a cool group of guys. They educated me about how the complex’s wiring and electrical systems work so that I dont over work all my devices and run out the energy and they were very accommodating when my heat system didnt work. Thank you all.
Quick response
I work from home. When there is an issue the maintenance team, especially Chris, respond in a timely manner and take care of my issue with the upmost care. I have lived here 4 years and haven’t had service like this since they started.
Great staff!
I’ve lived here for about a year and a half and have had to interact with all 3 ladies from the front desk. Each one has been polite and a pleasure to deal with. My concerns or issues have been addressed quickly, efficiently and without hassle. I even locked myself out by accident once, I contacted the front office and they had me back in my place within 5 minutes. The amenities are kept clean. Indoor pool, fitness room and bbq/patio areas are well maintained. Can’t say enough about this affordable place to live. Thanks ladies.

I am writing this review today because I contacted this apartment complex and a very sweet lady named Jerry took my call not only did she help me with trying to procure one of their apartments she also pointed me in the direction of other apartment complexes that may help me and that in itself is amazing encounters like this let me know good people still exist and Jerry is one of those very good people!!!

Lisa the property manager is an amazing manager and she is always on top of everything. She is the reason why the property has improved so much. She’s always so helpful and very informative when we speak.
Current Resident
Lisa has been there for me and she always on top of things. I have been here for a few years now and she is the best thing that this place needed. She seeks out for the best people that can repair and watch over the residents. Sharlene is the new addition to the office and after meeting her, she is welcoming and easy to talk. I know it takes time to get things on the right track and some people will be upset and not happy but me and my family are grateful of having them here.

Location Location Location 🤩
My husband and I moved in to the Incline Apartments in the fall of 2021. The manager at the time welcomed us to our cute apartment with a beautiful view of the mountains. This property is located at Fillmore and 25, which is very convenient for delivery people like us 🤩 We love being so close to the downtown area as well as a 2.6 mile walk to Garden of the Gods! We were soon celebrating the seasons with our new neighbors and friends, as well as the occasional parties hosted by the management staff. I don’t know about you, but I’m always ready for a pool party or trivia night! Since then, we have said goodbye to friends and staff members as their lives took them elsewhere, and welcomed new friends and staff members. I’m really glad we chose this spot.
Super convenient
I have lived at The Incline for almost 3 years, my favorite thing is the convenience. Because of the location we can get anywhere in town quick, I-25 either direction - Fillmore or Garden easy. Always plenty of parking so we can park both of our cars right in front of our apartment. Onsite garage units are great for storage too.
First Apartment
This is my first apartment I’ve ever had legally in my name and was concerned about late rent payments. The ladies in the front office were very understanding and flexible as long as I communicated.

The Incline Apartments and Studios is a great value. Everything is quiet and clean. Maintenance issues are resolved immediately. The building is secure. The central location is fantastic. Brianna is a stellar manager and very responsive. I highly recommend this place and am happy to be here going on three years. Thanks Incline!

I had just submitted a maintenance request and less than 10 minutes later, Shawn arrived ready to do the repairs. He is efficient and soft spoken and thoroughly competent. This exceptional service is just one of the things I love about living the The Incline. Well done, and thank you Shawn!

Shawn is one of the maintenance men. He is kind, gentle, efficient and trustworthy. If you have ever had to deal with delayed repairs or creepy maintenance guys you know how frustrating and scary that can be. Great teamnathan and sean are in charge of maintenence they are more than greati called Brianna in office yesterday told her my heater was not working and within 10 minsnathan was at my doorit was 20 degrees out side he came in assesed the problem said hed be back in 10 mins and here he comes down the walkway with a brand new heater strapped to a refrigerator hand truck and in less than 1 hour i had anew heater unit working in my home its working great thanks all brinna, kelly , nathan and sean for making me feel like i dont just rent an apartment it like i have a home ********** 10 stars to al you gu guys

The other day when it snowedmy heat quit working i called brianna in the management office and within 10 minutes maintenence was at my door nathan came in asessed the issueand in less than 1 hour nsthan and sean had a brand new heater unit installed it works gteat they are so effitiant thanks guys for the great quick service
Safe place to live
My wife and I have lived her for over 7 years. And in that time I have witnessed the Incline Apartments transform from a shady place where anyone could live here. Homeless people sleeping in the hallways, loud neighbors at all hours, mean Pit bull dogs and roaches. Since Brianna has taken over in the top position, no more bugs (they used to go with the cheapest exterminators who would make the situation worse), there are security doors leading in and out of the facility (no more riffraff), haven’t seen a pit bull in over 2 years, and we now observe quiet hours in the pm. Shawn will take care of problems that will happen, usually within the same work day after you contact the front office. I now feel safe, even at night. The outside building, they now have lights that light up the place after dark,you can walk the facility with no worries, and I am proud to say I will bring my grandchildren over to swim in the indoor pool. And the facility is close to the bus line.The most important fact about The Incline apartments is, it is affordable. Thanks guys, keep up the good work. Whit
