Best Location in Colorado Springs
I lived here for a year while looking for my "Forever Home" and even though I found a home for sale, I was sad to leave. I had the best 3 bedroom apartment #1812 with the best view of the mountains. It is a very peaceful place and I couldn't wait to arrive for my weekly long week end "retreats", (how fitting!). It's a peaceful community and the best unpopulated hiking trails in the Stratton Preserve and forest are accessible on foot. Every favorite restaurant, shop, carwash, coffee shop etc. are within 5 minutes and the traffic is never congested. I bought a house in Broadmoor but still park here to hike (hope it's OK?). Sydney Hughes is my favorite staff member and I'll miss seeing her. Always extremely polite and eager to assist. I remember how tough it was to find a place at the start of COVID-19 and I ran into many disappointments with other facilities until I walked in at The Retreat at Cheyenne mountain office. Sydney was so kind and that's what I needed that day....so I signed right away. I'll miss "My Retreat".

Have lived here for 2 years. Love the location, my unit and how well kept the apartment complex is. Staff are friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Sandra, a groundskeeper who always goes the extra mile. She recognized my dogs boot I lost outside and returned it to my door! She is always so kind and friendly, thank you Sandra!

My sister works here and every time I visit I am blown away by how beautiful the community is. It looks so clean and well taken care of. Sydney really cares about the community and her residents. If I ever need an apartment, I am definitely coming here.

I have lived at "The Retreat at Cheyenne Mountain" for just under a year. I would like to express a sincere Thank You to the Maintenace Team, Jose, Grayson and Sandra. I have watch them in action; they are very professional, hard working and always willing to help, with any request you may have. They work together very well. The new Community Manager, Shayna Lane, has added a new positive approach to the experience living here, she is professional, caring and willing to listen to any concerns. She is also bring on more Social Events in the Community, to meet our neighbors and to get to know the staff. Good Job! Thank you to each one of you!

Im a resident child in the retreat, and i really like the environment, after school i come to the lobby to do homework or relax. Although I do wish there could be activities or maybe a type of program for kids for the retreat which would be amazing.
Personable
Chris was a great help today! It was my first time ever getting an apartment. He was knowledgeable, personable, and just an all around great guy. He answered all of my questions and even helped mentor me through the process. I would highly suggest Chris to anyone.

Chris and Sydney have been helping me since I moved to Colorado Springs from a foreign country at the beginning of this year. They have been extremely accommodating to all of my questions, comments and concerns. They’ve made my stay at the Retreat enjoyable and stress free. Would recommend this office staff to anyone!
