I was looking to move to Colorado Springs or the area and found this place by luck. I dropped in and the gal in the office was great. I think her name was Cassie, she was so knowledgeable and helpful and even gave us restaurant recommendations as it was almost lunch time for us. I'm not sure this is the perfect place for us but if it is, she would be amazing to have on the grounds!

Charlene Bonitto has done a phenomenal job as property manager She is polite, courteous, and extremely prompt when it comes to resolving tenants issues. Daniel our maintenance guy does a stellar job as well. They make an amazing team.

I have been a tenant at carefree village townhomes since 2005. This is an amazing staff we have here. Our property management Ms Charlene Bonitto has done a stellar job and is very professional, caring, and helpful. She really cares about her tenants and the property and we are fortunate to have her. Heath also does a stellar job as well.

Living at Carefree Village Townhomes is fantastic! The complex is well-maintained, and the townhomes are spacious and comfortable. Charlene, the manager, is professional and friendly, always addressing concerns promptly. Awesome dog park as well:)

What a great experience moving here was. Charlene in the office was amazing, she made everything so easy and was so welcoming. I felt right at home! And the apartment home is great, I love the lay out. I feel like it's my own house! and it has a great dog park. And the neighborhood is perfect. I normally don't do "reviews" but I had to take the time for this review. It is well deserved. Thank you Charleene!

Amazing Place too Live
I moved into Carefree Village Townhomes a year and four months ago. Charlene the property manager was amazing from the moment I met her. Working with her felt like I had known her forever. Any place I went to look at nobody gave me I’m home vibe. There has never been a moment that I have felt any different. She has always heard me out when it came to any concern. She makes us all feel like we belong. Her customer service is beyond outstanding. Charlene always keeps communication open. Beyond that the townhomes is beautiful. She does things in the office for the residents often to help show her appreciation. Just recently she did a community garage sale it was fabulous. Even if we didn’t make a lot just seeing all of the residents and Charlene come together to talk, get to know each other, laugh, and watch the kids laugh and okay together was enough. I use to work in this industry and I can say this is still the first place I have ever truly felt like I was home. Anthony our maintenance guys is outstanding. I have locked myself out of my room Charlene called him and he came right over stayed until he got me in. Another time I got locked out of my house. Anthony was already home and Charlene called he came right back over and got me in. It’s the consideration and kindness from both of them that helps this place feel so safe.
