Excellent work by maintenance staff.
My air conditioning went out. Maintenance staff (Frank) responded promptly and he did an excellent job in diagnosing the issue, getting the necessary parts, and getting it fixed. Everything was back to normal within two hours.
Great apartments
Betty and Yami were very helpful, patient, gracious, and professional. My move was very complicated and they helped me through the process. I am really happy with the apartment and the spacious grounds. Every thing is very clean and nice. It is a good value compared to many apartments I looked at.

Maintenance
I have lived at Willow Creek apartments for sometime now. They are very on top of everything and are very helpful. Today I had to have maintenance come into my apartment to fix a couple of things and Stewart and Austin where the two maintenance guys that came in to help. They were very nice, knew what they were doing, and fast. Definitely a good place to live.
Amazing customer service
Nasta gives amazing customer service, she speaks highly and gives great advice. Nasta also gives positive feedback and attitude, she provides clear and detailed information about the apartment complex. I feel confident and comfortable for having Nasta as my leasing agent.
