We had been having trouble with our furnace. House filled up with smoke. Icalled fire dept. Aaron was on the phone telling us how to shut breaker off and arrived well before the fire dept.

We had been having issues with our furnace. When the unit filled with smoke I called the fire dept. Aaron our new maintenance manager called. He explained how to shut off the breakers. Although he lives a few towns away he showed up before the fire dept. He brought space heaters too. Immediately he contacted an HVAC professional. They came a day or so later. Although they were unable to repair it. They ordered a part and kept me apprised as to when they’d return. Aaron is the best maintenance person we’ve had in the 4 yrs we’ve lived here.

We had issues with our furnace and shower. Aaron our new maintenance manager has addressed both issues immediately. He was unable to fix them immediately but kept me apprised as to his return with an HVAC professional and ordered the necessary parts needed for the shower. He’s by far the best maintenance manager in the 4 yrs we’ve lived here

We’d been having problems with the furnace and shower in our unit. Our new maintenance person addressed our concerns immediately. He came in space heaters in hand with details as to when HVAC would be coming. At the same time he checked the shower nozzle, ordered the part. He’s kept us apprised as to when these issues will be finished. He is by far the best maintenance person in the 4yrs we’ve lived here.
Aaron new maintenance person
Aaron is by far the best maintenance man we’ve had in the 4 yrs we’ve lived here. He replaced the blinds in our unit. When we had a problem with the furnace he made sure that HVAC came. We had a problem with our shower he quickly replaced it. We had a problem with the dryer button he fixed it. While HVAC was here he buttoned up the molding in the unit. Each time we’ve submitted a maintenance request he addressed he quickly addressed it. It’s unfortunate that we’ve had these issues for years. He was the first person that addressed them immediately. He’s by far the best maintenance man that Targhee has employed. I hope management realizes this and keeps him on now and in the future. I can’t say enough about his work ethic. He makes sure the job is done correctly.
