Sunny Barber stands out head and shoulders above all the customer facing managers I have ever done business with. She was very quick to respond to every inquiry I made about apartment rental options, availability timing, pricing, square footage, onsite tours, application questions... literally impeccable knowledge and service. She explained everything so clearing, has a calming demeanor that made me feel calm, making it possible for me to think, understand, and ultimately make the right choices. The icing on the cake is that Sunny has such a bright, sunny, positive disposition. Payton and Austin are so responsive and are truly such amazing people to work with. The community is super clean and if any issues arise (few and far between) everything is resolved immediately.
