love my apartment
When I applied for these apartments 4 years ago I was told by the management that it would be an easy process and it was. I was called immediately. Over the years Management has always been professional and welcoming. I absolutely love my apartment. Villa south now has new Managers Kenzie and Brandon and I must say they have been incredibly helpful with all of my needs here. They genuinely care about the residence here and go the extra mile in making sure our apartments our being maintained. The whole staff here at Villa South are amazing and friendly. I am truly impressed with how management makes the efforts in keeping the grounds maintained. I plan on living here for many more years to come.

Ps I really like living at rainier apartments. The office staff it’s more than qualifying to help people always friendly and they truly want to help.

My review is about our Maintenance man. I belive his name is Dan. I just wanted whom ever is charge of him, that he is great he goes out of his way to meet the needs of all the renters here. Super friendly and knowledgeable Staff
I’ve been looking for spacious 2 bedroom apartment with affordable rent for a few months and someone told to call the Rainier Apartments to check their availability for July . I don’t make a lot money in retail and I stopped by to check it out . I spoke with Noah the property manager and he was so knowledgeable and professional and explained everything about section 42 and income restrictions and what I needed to do to apply. He also took the time to get me a virtual tour of the property. If any one is looking for affordable housing. Go see Noah or Kat at the Rainier Apartments. They will take really good care of you.
