Maintenance request
I was having issues with my AC units in my living room and bedroom and Mr. Marin took care of it in a timely manner. I was very happy with the service especially right now that it’s getting hot! Being pregnant in this weather sucks, I’m very thankful Mr. Marin was able to fix the AC quickly.

Great service! Martin who works in maintenance replaced my A/C unit today in a timely professional manner. Overall great service he’s always going out of his way to help the community with their repairs.
Entire Staff
I have been able to address and resolve any issues I've had with all Avion staff, without exceptions. They have been great to work with. As an aside, your cleaning lady is top notch as are all of you.

The maintenance team for Avion is amazing. One night I came home from grocery shopping with my 5-month-old to find that the lower knob of my door did not work. I could unlock the door but not open it. I called Mr. Marin for help and he immediately sent over Jesus for assistance. Jesus was able to get the door open and replace the knob as well. I'm very thankful for the quick service!
Water heater
I was having issues with the water heater so I submitted a work order that night. Mr. Marin was able to switch it out the very next day! Very thankful for the maintenance team here at Avion.

Management
We turned our keys in today and we were helped by a nice gentleman Jocksville. He was very helpful and as we were cleaning out our appt we noticed him driving around in a golf cart throwing away a bumper. Seems like he is making the environment better. It’s the little things that make count. 10/10

Fabulous Community and Management
The community is beautiful the residents are terrific, friendly and fun. Management staff communicates with the residents with compassion and professionalism. Maintenance staff helps out in all property issues. Love living here.
Maintenance issue
Having a little bit of problems in my bathroom, so I called the after hours line. Marin called me back after leaving a message within seconds was here within 15 minutes fix the problem his dedication to make sure that my family lives comfortable and these apartments he goes above and beyond absolutely fantastic customer service and he really does care about the families that live here..
An Enjoyable experience
I can say with confidence that the avion on Glendale Team really is superb when it comes to treating us right. Marin the maintenance man does a good job attending to my work orders ( had a couple leaks and he got it fixed within minutes) and the people at the office do an amazing job aswell, Joksbel Ana & Ire do a superb job at offering great customer service & a quick response. Thank you for making living at Avion on Glendale an Enjoyable experience!
Happy and impressed
I’ve lived in many apartments and this complex is my favorite. I have a great rent special! Ira, Joksbel, Anna, Rodrigo (Marin) and the other staff are considerate and helpful. They kindly put on great community events. Rodrigo put in a new air conditioner immediately! He replaced my mail key and brought me the new key all within minutes. Promptness is consistent here! Thank you, Staff, I appreciate everything you’ve done in making this an actual home.
