Love this place!

Been living here for almost a year! I truly love living here! Great people! Wonderful neighbors- I’ve made so many new friends! Awesome maintenance man! They have addressed every issue I’ve had- even changing my light bulbs out! Covered parking and rapid snow removal in winter! Nothing more to could ask for! Conveniently located to every thing I need! This is the most awesome town!

Wonderful place to live

Beautiful place to live! Gorgeous Mountain View, close to everything you could want! Doctors and hospital very near by! Great staff and the best maintenance man who takes care of everything! Rapid snow removal and repairs! Covered parking and storage available! Pets welcome- nice apartments- Lots of pleasant residents and new friends! I truly love living here!

I moved my mother here 8 years ago. We couldn't ask for a better place! Management has been great ! Maintance is always great . Residents have fun together ! Close to everything.

Great place to live

I love living here. I have made lifelong friends and the sense of community is very strong. Abbey our manager is kind and attentive and takes the time to listen. Our maintenance guy Andy is a precious gift that I treasure!!!!

Wonderful

I found Wasatch Pointe about 8 years ago while looking for an apartment for my Mother. Her patio looks out over a beautiful courtyard ! She loves the indoor hallways which allows the residents to easily visit with one another. The atmosphere of the residents is amazing. Neighbors quickly become friend then "family" Our Manager Abby is a great help and Andy our maintance is always there for us. Actvity center is a great place where we gather to play games, chat or various groups can meet. We have everything we need right here.
