Great staff
I came in for a tour and was quite amazed at what is offered here. The grounds clean and flowers maintained. I saw one bedroom, remodeled very nicely decorated. I felt very welcomed. Thank you Cristy Cueva!
Sonoran Reserve is a great place to live. My husband and I have been here for almost 2 years and we absolutely love it! The staff is friendly, professional and attentive. Tony is an awesome manager, I appreciate his willingness to go above and beyond for the residents here. Would definitely recommend ??
Huge improvement w/ AMC
We moved in back in November 2021. The previous property manager and her leasing staff was rude and unprofessional. Our apartment was NOT move in ready when we moved in. It was a nightmare! We are extremely grateful that AMC took over. Tony is an excellent property manager and Cristy and Anjelica always make sure that all of our needs are met. Omar and Jesus are a kind, friendly, professional and hard working maintenance staff. Thank you very much for your services ?
Maintenance & Leasing Office
Quite often when I’m outside either coming or going, I see Anthony out there working hard. He never fails to say hi and be friendly. That man always has a smile on his face and I appreciate that! Lastly, I appreciate the kindness I’m given in the leasing office every time I walk in. They’re always open to hearing my concerns and I feel secure here. They’re super on top of things, and I appreciate that also.
Maintance
I prefer to remain anonymous I just want to thank Robert for a wonderful job he did in our apartment he took his time to explain to us what was going on and installed portable AC units cleaned up his mess and told us if they're still a problem don't hesitate to call Batman I see him busting his butt everyday he deserves a pay raise

Well I might be his wife but still I think my husband Robert Harrison is such an absolutely amazing maintenance guy he makes sure people's air conditioners are working he's making sure that everything in their apartment is working for them and letting them know if it doesn't work please call the hotline and tell them and I'll get called back out to fix it so my view is for Robert Harrison who does the pool ACS cleans the grounds emptied the pool bags and most of the turns keep up the good work Robert Harrison your family appreciates it
