Leasing consultant
Called for pricing and Isabella was very helpful she explained everything to me. Ensured I was taken care of before she hung up. Amazing!!

I want to give kudos to Ryan (maintenance) for his positive attitude & over the top helpfulness. I had a lot of luggage & totes to carry up to my apartment. Ryan saw me struggling & took all of them up to the 3rd floor for me. He’s always kind & good natured. Also, kudos to Jacqueline- it’s been a hard transition to new property management but she is always helpful & professional.

Commendations
I enjoy living at Solaire. It’s a safe and serene. Community. Special shout out to Ryan Falsytel of Maintenance. He is a professional, hard working man who gets the job done. He is always courteous, respectful and helpful with the tenants. I am disabled and he always takes the opportunity to ask if I need assistance with carrying packages when I am struggling. He is an asset to the Solaire team. I also wish to acknowledge the Management staff for their professionalism and help, anytime I am in the office. Manager Jacqueline and Agent Naomi are diligent with resolving any issues that may arise.

Deanna was wonderful to tour with! She answered all of our numerous questions and was happy to show us every nook and cranny of the complex. She made an already exciting chance to move feel even more exciting. Thank you again, Deanna! I can't wait to apply and move there! The apartments themselves were lovely, well-maintained, and very reasonably priced. Deanna spent time discussing just how we could move in and helping us understand the pricing.

Best apartment complex!
The property is great and the staff are amazing! They’re always willing to help. The maintenance supervisor David is always on top of the amenities, keeping everything nice and clean.

Great experience
Isabella was such a great help to us. She was very nice and proactive while finding the perfect fit for us.

Anaya was extremely welcoming loved the energy and was very attentive.

Maintenance request
My kitchen light went out and I suffer with poor eye sight. Thankfully Leonard responded to my maintenance request the same day. He worked to fix the issue. There were a few hiccups in the process but he continued to work on the light until it remained lit. I'm grateful, I will be able to see this evening! I appreciate Leonard's diligence.
