Joseph the Maitenance man
Joseph was prompt, very thorough, and always caring and kind and hardworking and respectful. He goes above and beyond... including helping me smile (which, at times can be so difficult I thank you). He has a sense of humor that helps and is very encouraging. He went out of is way to not only fix the initial problem and a few others which helped bring back some sanity.
Attentive Service
I just moved into the Enclave, and I have had an excellent experience so far! I was concerned initially because the specific apartment I moved into had a number of minor maintenance issues, including light bulbs needing to be replaced, smoke detector beeping, poor shower draining, etc. However, I immediately put in work orders and the maintenance team, Joseph and Renee, have been wonderful. They are incredibly friendly and efficient, and have responded quickly and thoroughly to all of my requests. The work order process here is very smooth and easy as well. The office team is very friendly and accommodating, and the office, grounds, and amenities are very well kept! Everyone I've met is very friendly, and the location is EXCELLENT for all of my social outing and shopping needs. I wouldn't mind a more ergonomically friendly elliptical at the gym, but otherwise my experience so far has been great!
Great Experience
We stayed here for several years and only left due to new jobs. From our first meeting with the staff, we knew this would be an amazing place to live. The community is very nice with great amenities. The location is very convenient, and the buildings are well cared for, spacious, and well lit. Many units have beautiful views of the mountains. What truly sets Enclave apart is the quality of its staff. The staff is kind, helpful, and responsive. We loved our stay at the Enclave and miss it already.
Maintenance service
Throughout the rental period at Enclave, I have needed and requested only a few maintenance requests. Most were promptly and professionally addressed by Joe and he was / is a pleasure to interact with..... whether it is during his professional functions and duties or in a casual setting. Recently, I requested a service call to address the non-functioning garbage disposal and within a very short period of time it was properly and completely taken care of by Rene. This was my first interaction with him but he definitely performs his assignments and interacts with the lessees in the same fashion / manner as Joe. Consequently, we are all in good hands.
Just wow!
As a former Navy family we have lived in many apartments in LA, San Diego, Chula Vista but the Enclave is the best yet. Why...Customer Service. The rental staff is on top on every possible issue and the Maintenance people are fantastic. The grounds are spotless and the location is great. I cannot say enough about all of the folks here at Enclave, you could pay more but never get near the attention and amenities.
Excellent maintenance personnel
I had some difficulties with the water heater... Joseph and Renee both went out of their way to help in a very timely manner. They are very professional and well mannered gentlemen! My personal thanks to both of these wonderful people and the Enclave for employing them!
Time to renew
We've been here one year and our lease is up soon. We shopped around a bit but we have decided to stay right here! There is just no comparison, price, service, grounds...everything! We love it here and our furry buddy Harry does too. You could pay more but you will not get more of what counts....that family feeling!
Maintenance guy
It is my 9th years living here and am always content! Love the landscape here along many nice trees and nice people. Must mention Joseph, maintenance man...he is pleasant and GUNG HO. Yes, he is amazing! We Appericate him For doing everything nicely and we knew him for some years. So reliable! Glad Enclave Apts has a great maintenance guy! He always greets when I see him around. Friendly and Caring!! Also nice to have Jasmine around as she knows ASL (Sign language). Handy! ??
Best Staff and Accomadations
I have been living in and out of apartments for around 6 years now. The Enclave Apartments are a cut above the rest. The management is superb at delivering a customer first experience that ensures that all residents are cared for. Their flexibility during the COVID-19 pandemic has set a new standard for the hospitality and apartment business. To add a cherry on top, the apartments are well furnished, and well maintained. All of the accomadatons are found here. 5/5 stars, every single time.
