5 STARS ALL DAY
My dad has lived here for a few years, and he has been lucky enough to have these fine folks from Mountain View in the office. Laura and Donye have been awesome as he grows older and have done everything that they can do to accommodate him as he is in his 80's and having a tough time getting around. He was on the second floor, but Donye brought to my attention that a first floor accessible unit with a walk-in shower was coming available and we moved him into that unit. Nate and Jared on the maintenance crew are excellent and actually respond in a timely manner if there is an issue. They keep the property grounds clean and know what they are doing when it comes to fixing things and if they can't fix it, they get someone in there quickly who can. Can't say enough good things about these guys!
Amazing !
I have lived at mountain view apartments for 3 years now and I absolutely love it !The property manager Laura helps me with anything I need. She is so delightful. Donye does the showing for the apartments and always lights up my day when I come to the office. Both are very nice and helpful If I ever need anything at all, they are there to assist:) maintenance is on call 24/7 . Nathan and Jared are there in a flash if any emergencies need to be taken care of. Thank you for always keeping the property looking nice you two.
