I want to thank the staff of Heritage Park for all their efforts over the past three years!
I just moved out and appreciate the efforts of Michelle, Jennifer, and Federico in their professionalism and taking the extra step for a smooth transition. I enjoyed my time in Escondido and met some incredible people. On many days you would find me in the pool working out (or talking sports to anyone that would listen) or just relaxing in the jacuzzi. I moved to San Diego, not far from Ocean Beach, which is a more preferred environment for me. For your pet lovers Heritage Park is the ideal place to live. Farewell Sandy, Rosa, Maria, Cliff, Jim, and Linda! To anyone wondering about the new ownership I can assure you first hand that with AMCLLC you are all in good hands.

100% Improvement
I have lived here at Heritage Oaks now Birchmont since 2022. The previous manager Michelle was great in providing customer service. The current manager Ida has made 100% improvement of the property by making sure the property and landscape is clean (with the amazing work by Frederico, Adolfo, and Sandra). Ida's property management is excellent. Ida has made the place very pleasant to live. Since Ida has been manager, security cameras have been installed and one time as I was in the laundry room I saw Ida instructing a young homeless man, sleeping on the sidewalk in front of the apartment complex with his blanket, to leave the area. She made me feel safe and she did not even noticed I was watching her. Ida is amazing and she has improved this place Heritage Park now Birchmont by a 100%! Great job Ida and team!
