Great Place to Live
I've lived in Woodgate for several years and have enjoyed the convenience of the location as well as the comfortable environment. The staff are very friendly and responsive and work with you on any issue you might have.
Living at Woodgate
Living at Woodgate is a very nice experience. I have lived here almost 6 years now and have enjoyed and loved every year here. It is located in a very convenient location in West Jordan. The staff and maintenance crew are the best as they are always so helpful and there for you when needed in any situation. All ya have to do is ask. That is a very nice feeling. I guess for complaints, I really only have one and it’s the new bbq grill rule do to the new insurance regulations . I just don’t understand why even electric ones aren’t allowed but rules are rules so I wish they would build some bbq patios and put some picnic tables and trash containers on them around the complex in the open areas like the do at public parks for us to use. Just a 10 foot by 10 foot concreted picnic area around the different buildings to share would be super great. Other than that, all is great at Woodgate.
I have lived here for 9 years. We have never had too many problems and if there is a problem maintenance and management is always helpful. They are so very amazing. Thank you for all the help over the years but especially during this pandemic.
Ben the maintenance manger is always great. Lyn in the office is amazing and helpful. I've been here for a long time and have always been taken care of.
Woodgate Apartments
Woodgate is a great place to live. The staff is friendly and helpful and responds quickly to issues. We have no complaints.

i was down and out Ashlee was great to take care of us so we can get into a place. also Jamie and Anthony was great to. anyone looking for a place come to wood gate apartments they are the best staff ever in Utah.
Quick and Courtious
I was in a pickle and needed to move out of my current home ASAP when I found Woodgate Apts. AshLi, in the leasing office, was AMAZING! She not only made time to get me in to tour an available apartment right away, but she helped walk me through the application process and called me with updates. Even after moving in, AshLi was tremendously helpful with any additional questions I had although I am sure I had more than I should have. In addition, the maintenance guy, Matthew, was so nice and helpful. He took the time to go through the few requests he had with me and made sure that I understood what needed to happen to fix it. Thank you AshLi, Matthew, and Woodgate Apt for a wonderful moving experience!
Great customer service
Great customer service. My move has proved to be very complicated but Ashli was super helpful, very responsive and made my transition a lot smoother.
Grounds people
After the Awesome dump of snow. Cameron one of the ground keeper fix it guys is always there with a smile and a hard worker. He also made sure my repairs that they have done was still doing great. I love how personable everyone is in the office and ground keepers are. Camerson should get a HI FIVE!
Woodgate
I have lived at Woodgate for 9 years & have never thought of leaving. The current staff is really great. I have had exceptional service from Ashli & Anthony from the office staff & from Matt & Oscar from the maintenance team. Everyone here does a great job. This complex is well run & well maintained.
Maintenance
Everyone in office and maintenance are so helpful and kind. The general vibe that they have is amazing. I got a great deal on an apartment and maintenance made sure my apartment was perfect before I started moving my stuff into the apartment. Property is always clean and amazing looking
Maintenance is great
Maintenance is really great at what they do and community is super nice. I can't wait for the 2nd pool to open next year

two-year stay
AshLi's awesome service at Woodgate truly made my two-year stay there a breeze. Her professionalism and genuine care for residents shine through. I can't imagine recommending Woodgate without mentioning her outstanding dedication and service.
Great place to live
I have lived at Woodgate for over 10 years. It is a great place to live. The management team & the maintenance team are great and always respond as quickly as possible to whatever the residents need. I have no complaints & I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Thanks for all you do Lindsey, Matt and the rest of the staff.
Best place to rent
I have been one of the tenants since 2018, and I can tell you that these apartments are part of the best in the place. For anyone looking for a place to stay, Woodgate is the best of choices. They have an incredible service and a very good team that ensures the good maintenance of the premises. A plus, they have a team that takes care of the garbage cans. The price of rent is unbeatable.
