Best Place in Town
I Just Signed another year lease at aspenwood apartments. This will be my 4th year living here. It's a nice quiet place to live. The office Staff is the Best the maintenance guys are always ready to assist you with any issues. I'm so Very happy to call This Place Home. Close to Fast food, Grocery Stores, and Schools, even the Bus stop is very close.
I’ve been staying at the apartment complex for a couple months now, & I have to say.. Malisha has helped me a lot. She was very patient, & kind throughout the entire interaction. She explained everything in the detail, to the point where I understood everything & not just signing papers. Such a bright person! Thanks again Malisha
Amazing Team
Thank you to Malisha for making my first time moving out on my own at ease. Malisha is one of those property managers that actually care for their tenants. All the way down to her maintenance people Paulo/Luis/Abdu thank you guys for fixing things on a timely matter and making the property looks its best. You guys rock!
Melishia is honestly amazing she has help me through so much in my life and prove to me that I could do it she got me in so fast in the apartment is just lovely I haven’t had no problems whatsoever everyone is really friendly here and it’s just a nice environment all together So thank you for giving me the opportunity to live in these amazing apartments it has been one of the best places I’ve lived on my own .. it’s really clean and I haven’t had no issues with the apartment it’s just a been amazing through and through

Jessie and Chris were wounderful ireally like that when we do have problems they are quick to address are issues thank you guys for all that you do here at are residents.
Maintenance
So I went to get A bag underneath my kitchen sink and it was wet. I looked at the clock and it was almost 5 o’clock called the office and told them I had a leak under my sink. Said she would send maintenance over to take a look at it. I really thought with it being 5 o’clock that they wouldn’t be here or I would have to wait till tomorrow, but within 10 minutes, they were here knocking on my door. They fixed it and only took a few minutes, but I appreciate them taking the time and coming right over these guys are on top of any issues that you might have. Thank you Very Much!!!!
For Jesse and Chris
The new matienance Jesse is amazing and Chris is awesome as well very very polite and professional and completely a huge turn around from when I first moved in. Aspenwood has done very well changing that department around. Jesse the new manager for maintenance told me he would come back to fix my concern with my water and sewer and actually kept his word about it came and fixed it all in one day and was fast about it Chris and Jesse had clear communication and was able to get through my request very smoothly quickly and comfortably. Felt super comfortable having them come in my home and in and out to get a couple things as they needed and not felt like I was being tattled on for non related things or just have someone come pretend to work he actually showed me and told me every little thing that was wrong and what he was doing to fix it and how he was fixing it. He also noticed some things going on with my loose front door that I would have never even thought to complain about and he took the time to make sure he fixed it before he left because he noticed it! I felt like he actually took care of my home like he cared about the conditions I was living in and that’s the first time since moving in in August that I felt like someone here cared about the conditions I was living in. Thank you Jesse and Chris for making this place a lot better to live in and the atmosphere in general of living here feels safer in general knowing you guys are here for me and my safety and care about what I need!!! Even if I don’t say anything you will notice and fix it. That made my whole day! Thank you

Jesse is amazing. He has helped my wife and kids out several times while I'm on the road, he has gone above and beyond his duties.

I appreciated Jesse's patience in taking time to help me when my wheelchair was tangled and I couldn't get loose. Jesse took the time to untangle my chair and made sure I was ok! He's so patient and persistent when switching g my fridge doors to make it easier for me to use. I appreciate him.
