Great Apartments
The Staff are very easy to work with and always available. If there is a problem they will make you a priority. It’s very clean, has good views and a pool table in the clubhouse. They usually have fresh cookies in there daily, as well as fun activities once a month. Thumbs up! :)

Everyone here has made the move to Utah an enjoyable experience. Maintenance has been excellent and very responsive, while the office has been extremely helpful.

Ty is great. My family had no hot water at all . Ty didn’t hesitate to come check it out after hours . And got my family hot water for the night . The next day he had everything fixed and ready to go. It’s great knowing we have someone here that really cares about the community . Thanks ty

Maintenance Staff
I would like to thank the maintenance staff for all their hard work while I have been in residency (1.5 years). Recently Clint and Kyle and I were talking outside the unit and Clint noticed a full lint trap and had it covered the next morning. The entire crew has been professional and efficient for any issue I have had while I have been here. Thanks to the whole staff for all their efforts!

I have now been here almost a month. Maintenance has been fantastic. Clint was great with my little mini-chihuahua, making sure not to frighten her. Everyone here are so nice and caring. I am disabled and even a neighbor has offered to help me if I ever need help. With Rheumatoid Arthritis, I can have good days and bad days, never knowing when it will hit me and put me in bed. So having such wonderful and caring people around has been a god's send.

We have lived here for 3 months and love it! The office staff was very organized and on top of things! They are very nice and considerate! The maintenance is quick and nice! We live in one of their townhouses and it was clean and well taken care of when we came to look at it! The grounds are nice and it's a little out of the way but not too far from Jordan Landing shopping!(about 15min) Great area!

The area is quiet and a little tucked away but there's not very much traffic and Jordan landing shopping is about a 15 minute drive! We live in a townhouse and when we came to look at it it was very clean and not a whole lot things needed to be fixed! Very nice and great area!
Long Time Resident
We’ve lived at Wilshire for almost 5 years. We’ve gone through multiple unit changes in that time and management has always been supportive and helpful. The property is safe, clean and always being updated with new or upgraded amenities. During COVID, they even started scheduling Food Truck Thursdays. Dinner less than 100ft away? Sign me up!!

I love our apartment its so cozy and feels like you have no neighbors because at wilshire neighbors respect each other no loud noises or stomping no loud sounds after 10 the environment is very nice too we have a nice view when looking out the balcony love how its pet friendly as well love seeing all the cute dogs going for walks :) also management and reception are so nice and caring!!

We have lived here 2 years and are so glad we found this place. Spacious comfortable apartment, great support and maintenance staff, and very quiet location. Such a great place to live!
I have lived in this complex for over 5 years. I have lived in several different apartments here. The staff is great and the maintenance crew is amazing. They have worked hard to solve any issue that I have had. They are very friendly and kind when i speak to them. I enjoy the different playgrounds on the property and the pool is always a hit!
Best staff ever!
My family and I have felt like we were right at home from day when we moved into Wilshire. The stay is so friendly and personable. They have always talked to me like I am a friend and have never been rude for any reason. They are willing to help when it’s wedged and they have kept a roof over our head during there trying COVID times. We love our home here and plan to staying until we decide to buy a home. But we are not in a hurry we love it here so much!
Epic apartments
The staff are always friendly, and always seem genuinely happy to see us when we go to the office. The maintenance crew are just as legit, they always solve the problem and show up almost instantly. The neighborhood is clean and the neighbors are very friendly. This is a great community to raise your children.

My boyfriend and I moved in August 2021 and we love it so far! The staff is nice and accommodating!
This is the second time I’ve lived here and have loved it every time. I love the full sized fenced in yard, great for dogs. My only complaint is when moving in we were told there is two small tears in the vinyl floor that they said they would fix but haven’t yet. Not a big deal it’s hardly noticeable. Love the community, management, and people here. I’d recommend it to other everytime
Going on 8 years!
I'm almost an 8-year resident of Wilshire Place as we come to the end of 2021. The Sales staff super helpful. Alix and Ashley are always amazing to deal with. They seem to be looking out for my needs. Maintenance is on the spot. I can say it is pretty peaceful overall. There doesn't seem to be a parade of cars coming and going at all hours. I can say that I have not had more than a couple of nights where someone partied too late in the 8 years. When I had a home, I seemed to have experienced more noise and drama. Unfortunately, the rent in Utah is so stupid insane. It's hard for a single guy on Utah income to afford rent. I dread when my lease renewal comes up. Not just here, but anywhere anymore. But I have to say I am blessed with a garage and carport, which that expense is on me. Last year, Ashley the new manager helped me through some renewal concerns, she didn't need to, but she did. I am grateful for that. One other cool thing is that they bring in Food Trucks on Thursday's. I've gotten to know some of my neighbors better because of it. Overall, it is a great place to live.
Job well done
I would like to think Alex and the rest of the office staff. I moved in in October and they’ve been very helpful and very patient with all my many thousand questions and they have answered them and helped me with everything I needed to know. They were very pleasant always smiling and never seem to be upset am I many many questions I almost just wanna go by and say hi because they’re always in such a good mood I really really do enjoy it. I had some issues with things when I first moved in and they address them quickly and took care of it I am very appreciative for their attentiveness and detail thank you

I have lived here since June of 2021 and I love my home. The staff in the office and the maintenance guys are all sooo nice and helpful! Very quiet and friendly community! I'm never leaving

I have ran into a young man who is in our maintenance department and he has had a smile on his face every time. One was where he was shoveling snow and he was still smiling. Very polite and courteous young man. He had injured his left and was still doing his job with a smile.

Joyrell came by today to address some of the issues we've been experiencing and he did so with respect to our place, kindness and professionalism, wore his gloves, asked if it was ok that he enter and re-enter when getting his tools, joyrell cares about his work and it shows Thank you.

I’ve lived in these apartments for almost 6 months now. I’m a big fan of the leasing agents and whenever I have a question they’re fast to answer it or give me the contact for someone who has the answer. My only complaint is the trash pick up. My garbage sat for one week without being picked up. When I asked the office about it they give me a number to call and it was picked up that night. Overall I’m happy to be living here

Management & Leasing Agent
Have you ever felt the whole world was caving in well? Most are saying yes right now and how about always feeling when you need a friend they all seem to be busy or going through their own crisis. We have well we are new to Wilshire this year in fact only going into our fourth month. I am older and in poor health and my spouse works two jobs to take care of me so I do not end up in a care center. I am stage three Cancer Patient and well a whole lot of other things but let's just move on because this is meant to give recognition to some very lovely ladies that care nothing more than caring for people. I mean genuinely they go above and beyond for all of us daily most of the time without us even knowing. They made sure I had somewhere to call home, and not under a bridge because when everyone else kept closing the door and saying no they did not even hesitate to open theirs and invite us in. All the management staff and even our leasing agent have all been kind and caring to me and my spouse, always looking how to make life more comfortable for us all and more convenient. I will never hesitate to ever refer a family member or friend or just anyone looking for a home that is really a home and demonstrated daily to anyone looking or or just looking to have some new friends were they live and that is what we consider all of the staff here at Wilshire Place our friends and even extended family . Thank you again Jessica, Alex Jennifer for all you do and the wonderful life here you gave so unselfishly and giving us hope for a brighter future.

I have lived here for about 3-4 years and the staff is awesome!! Very detailed, good communication skills, anytime I’ve needed maintenance which is very rare they get the job done that day or the next. Very quick. Alix is amazing and always helps with any questions or help me or my wife have. Pretty awesome community, and have fun events, and have food trucks every Thursday! ?

We absolutely love it here. We've been here for now 11 years. The office is great however, Clint is the best. We don't have many issues with our townhouse but when we do he's on it. The best part is he genuinely cares and follows up personally to make sure everything is OK. Highly recommend living here!! We've been here for awhile... take our word for it.
Amazing complex!
I just want to say thank to Wilshire for an amazing 2 years. I've absolutely LOVED living here. Office staff is amazing and maintenance was always on top of everything. The grounds were always clean and well taken care of. I honestly do not have one bad thing to say about these guys. Moving here was the best decision I've ever made. I'm sure gonna miss living here. Thank Wilshire for everything!

I’d just like give a shoutout to Derek in maintenance. He is very good at his job. He seems to always have a good attitude. If you need to get something fixed he’s right there gets it done. We’ve lived in other complexes and they act as if they’re put out because they have to do their job. Not here. Derek is just a good guy. He even came out on a weekend and he didn’t act like it was an inconvenience. Just did his job and was nice about it. I just thought you guys should know.
