Ample natural sunlight from the large beveled windows and outdoor patio. Efficient design and use of space to provide complete comforts and amenities. $1,600 monthly rent Minimum 12-month lease. Renter is ONLY responsible for internet and cable. Renter is NOT responsible for monthly HOA dues or assessments. Proof of renters insurance required. A $1,600 deposit will be due at lease signing upon approval. All or a portion of the deposit will be refundable upon termination of the lease contingent upon condition of the unit once returned.
