theCHARLI is 10/10. Alexandra is literally such an angel, she has been so helpful during this renting process! She answered all of my questions, helped me get my application submitted, set me up for an on-site tour before the complex is finished, got me setup for my resident-portal account and help me choose the perfect apartment home. I love everything about theCHARLI, from the beautiful painting to the warehouse/factory style building, the big tower building with amazing views, the roof top hangout spots to the hands down amazing customer service. Alex has been so accommodating and nice, she is very responsive and always in a good spirit to assist with whatever questions or help I need. The charli is also a 10/10, easily accessibility to stores, restaurants etc. Very comfortable units too!
