Other then the typical issues left behind by the previous management I have faith the new management company can bring new life to this place. So far they have been very nice and accommodating during the transition of ownership.
Angel is great and knows what she is doing!
What more can I say. She worked with me to get everything squared away and made sure the unit I needed was ready when I needed to move in. She is doing a great job at making this place better. I was skeptical at first reading all the horrible reviews about this place . However I see nothing of what those reviews mention. Must be the great management that work here. Truly makes a difference! Thanks!
Great Community
Not only it The Atrii under new management but they are also going through an entire property renovation!!!! This place has gone from being in the hole to having a complete make over. Units were pgraded and the staff even got an upgrade as well thank you urban phenix!!!!
