The maintenance team Joel and Gabe are amazing. They are on top of everything right away!!! The office staff Leticia and Danielle are super helpful and always working hard. I personally recommend these apartments to anyone. They are affordable and very nice. There also is some amazing residents. If your looking for a place to call home this is it!!!

I've lived here at the Perch for almost 3 years. I've enjoyed the nice friendly neighbors. With the cost of living on the rise, my son and I needed to down size. We were able to do that with the new office manager Vera, she helped us get into a cheaper unit at their sister property and I greatly appreciate her expertise in management and guided us every step of the way to help us. I'm happy that she was the one to help us. Thank you Vera!

Just got home, 11 o clock. No hot water. Not even mad, Moses is still up trying to get us taken care of. Much appreciated
Helpful Staff
Looking for affordable options can be tough in this area, much less a helpful staff. I toured with Sara, she was knowledgeable about the apartments, but went above and beyond giving me advice and insight on other ways I can save in general. She was kind and took her time to ensure I had all the information I needed to make my decision! Huge Shout out to Sara!!!

Did not expect to have such a positive experience. Helping a friend look for a new apartment and we were lucky enough to meet Sara. She showed us an apartment and went over all the details, even some things we didn't think to ask. The search has been rough but happy we got to work with Sara.
Great Maintenance Team!
The Maintenance team and office is amazing at this complex. Eric arrived quickly and made sure my request was taken care of in a timely manner. My outlet was broken and he was in and out in minutes with it fixed. The office is great at communicating and they are very accommodating and friendly. Thank you guys for all you do!

Eric always has a positive attitude. The hot water went out, it was after hours Eric came back a solved the issue. Last summer the air conditioning needed replaced once again Eric came up with a solution bring two window units until the main unite was replaced. He's a rockstar!
