Maintenance problems are never convenient. That being said Mark has always had a quick response to any issue I've experienced. He is not only great at resolving the problem, he is super polite, very good at respecting my apartment and my belongs. He clearly explains the problem and what his course of action will be to resolve it. He does a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier with his work, his hospitality and his respectful demeanor.

Everyone I’ve ever had to communicate with thus far has been amazing. Accepted a last minute offer from FL to CO and this office has been incredibly helpful with explaining all costs due, expectations from tenet, and made my move incredibly smooth. Delighted to be a tenet here!

We wanted to take the time to let Josh. Destiny, and Kellie know how much we appreciate them. Ascend at Red Rocks is very fortunate to have 3 staff members who care about their residents as if they were family. They will do what ever it takes to resolve any issues that come up and will follow through until such issues are resolved. They love their residents and Its this kind of caring that keeps us renewing our lease year after year. A lot of love coming your way!!!!

5 star review for Josh and Troy! On Thanksgiving Eve we had a major emergency in our apartment. They worked until 6pm to fix the problem and had a positive, friendly , respectful attitude during the ordeal. Thank You from Steve and Lorie.

When we reached the top of cement stairs by Bldg G we saw he did a fantastic job cleaning stairs of debris and rocks which were a problem when walking down them. It’s about the staff
My apartment is like any apartment in that it has parts I love, and parts that need to be fixed when they break. To be clear, I love my place! It’s an older property, so the rooms are bigger even if a little dated. But the place really comes together with my own touches, and I love my balcony. I’ve been here a year now and just renewed my lease. The staff, tho, is what makes this property unique. From the office, to the groundskeeping and maintenance crew, I see the effort and talent they have for being available and actively working on improving the environment, my apartment included. I feel safe, and more like I’m living in a community here. Some of the staff have or are living on site, so they are clear about what residents want and need. I feel they are dialed in to the needs of this property and those who live here. A shoutout to Moses, Seth, Destiny, Kim, and the two dudes with beards. (I’ll remember their names later. My bad.) The thing is, they’re dialed in. They’re bringing this property into a much more valuable state than even just the one year I’ve been here. I definitely recommend Ascend.
