Maintenance problems are never convenient. That being said Mark has always had a quick response to any issue I've experienced. He is not only great at resolving the problem, he is super polite, very good at respecting my apartment and my belongs. He clearly explains the problem and what his course of action will be to resolve it. He does a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier with his work, his hospitality and his respectful demeanor.

It’s about the staff
My apartment is like any apartment in that it has parts I love, and parts that need to be fixed when they break. To be clear, I love my place! It’s an older property, so the rooms are bigger even if a little dated. But the place really comes together with my own touches, and I love my balcony. I’ve been here a year now and just renewed my lease. The staff, tho, is what makes this property unique. From the office, to the groundskeeping and maintenance crew, I see the effort and talent they have for being available and actively working on improving the environment, my apartment included. I feel safe, and more like I’m living in a community here. Some of the staff have or are living on site, so they are clear about what residents want and need. I feel they are dialed in to the needs of this property and those who live here. A shoutout to Moses, Seth, Destiny, Kim, and the two dudes with beards. (I’ll remember their names later. My bad.) The thing is, they’re dialed in. They’re bringing this property into a much more valuable state than even just the one year I’ve been here. I definitely recommend Ascend.

Such a peaceful and supportive place to live
We moved in three years ago with the notion this would be temporary. However, because of the staff, maintenance, apartment layout, communication, the community, and location we have stayed longer. In addition, the front staff is always responsive, helpful, and focus on the attention to detail. Specifically, a big kudos for Amber Lynn who is always kind, helpful, and ready to give honest answers when called or in person conversations. Thank you all at Ascend and please continue to be a wonderful support for your residents

Thank You to Dennis and Kerrel. Came home and found them sweeping the parking lot because of debris and glass. Did not look like a fun job but they took pride in their work and I can now park in my usual spot with the glass being gone.
