Very helpful
Management and the maintenance staff are very quick in responding to requests. Awesome staff. Really appreciate the fun parties that you guys take efforts to throw every now and then. Rent seems to increase steeply after the first lease. Especially for the one bed one bath units. Also, another suggestion for future, cable should be an option and not made compulsory for the residents.
My fiancé and I looked at these apartments and they were beautiful and the gal that was showing us around was amazing! There is no wonder as to why she is in the position that she is. We did end up going with a different place to live, due to location, but this was our second choice!
So far so good
I moved to Layton early this summer. fox creek had the contract that suited us the best. I especially appreciate the help and support with my ESA dog. I wish the pool and gym were a little bigger but I knew that when I chose the place.
Great place too live
I have lived here a few months now . Lauren and the other staff have always been so helpful. I like that there is a dog park here and that they provide places too pick up and throw away my dogs mess . My neighbors have been nice . All in all I think that foxcreek is a great place too live

Maintenance department is quick to fix whatever needs fixing. Talked to Ben in the parking lot, explained an issue that I had. I submitted a work request and had it fixed within the hour. Ben’s always a very friendly and cooperative man. Very pleased living here. Thanks Ben.
