Amazing life
It is amazing living here. I love my home I feel safe. I love my neighbors. We have become a family. We take care of each other. We have a lot of fun. We use the family rooms game rooms, potlucks Bingos. We love getting together and getting to know each other. The office staff is amazing they take great care of us. I love my home and community ❣️
Amazing Place with Outstanding Customer Service.
Upon a recent visit to the Retreat, relocating from California, we were treated to some of the finest customer service we have ever encountered. One of the managers, Mandy B., literally treated us like VIP's! From the outset, she took the time to listen sincerely to our situation and patiently answer all of our questions, which were many, and then giving us a tour of the entire facility. What a beautiful place! Mandy, then explained our options, and is currently working within our timeline of being able to move in. What an incredibly positive experience! She was personable and professional in every sense of the word. Thank you for your kindness. We're looking forward to becoming part of the community.
Beautiful Place and 5 Star Service
From the moment we stepped into the Retreat, we were treated like VIP's. Resident Specialist Natalie showed us the entire facility. She couldn't have been nicer and more professional! Mandy B, one of the managers, has repeatedly gone the extra mile for us to fit us into exactly the right apartment for our needs. We're relocating from out of state, and from the outset, Mandy has been the epitome of kindness,patience, and professionalism in working with our crazy timetables. One of the best we've ever worked with. Again, 5 star complex with a 5 star staff. Thank you!
