A great team and a great place to live!
The management team (Reggie, Gunner, Jed and "Butch" Cassidy) at Lookout Pointe Apts. are great professionals. They are always busy. That in and of itself speaks worlds of information. Each are no nonsense in their interaction with me, yet are kind and respectful. None have ever tried to be a special friend to me, yet are always friendly. That is business professionalism. Great team. Thanks for hiring them. I recommend them and Lookout Pointe. It is great here.

Above Average
Gunner (front office) is great. Most of the maintenance crew is great. The view is fantastic. The laundry room has been so inconsistent in whether or not the machines are working that I don’t even bother trying to use the laundry room here anymore. The price for our studio is ridiculous but it’s becoming the norm in UT so what can you do *shrug*… the improvements to the apartment complex have been fantastic! And the construction crew has been so considerate and polite. Communication has been spot on for the entire time we’ve been here.
Great Place
This is has a great view. Easy access to hiking trails and downtown Provo with wonderful views of the city. Had a great experience with touring the property and the management team strives to make it a comfortable living enjoyment

The manernent and mantinse are very nice the apartments are cosey hot water and heat are included if some thing needs to get done just put in a work order and it will be done soon the tenders are nice it us very quiet and peaceful here with 2 great views we have a small laundry mat here and you can go to the office and get a cup of coffee and talk with the very n7ce maneuvers wile waiting for your coffee being brewed
Are two ladies in the office they work so hard for everybody any complaints they're right on it. I love living in a safer place and these ladies make it happen.

Your interactions with staff and neighbors make this a very family type experience
Management is wonderful and are very attentive to helping me understand the Domuso App when I first moved in the middle of last month. Haven't actually met any neighbors yet but a lot have said HI and I said HI back. The view is so Peaceful and Calming. My Granddaughter loves to roll down the grass hill and is so excited for the pool to open.
