My Experience
I have been living here at Preston Hollow for 3 years, there is a reason why I keep renewing my lease, its a nice community near freeways and shopping stores. We spend alot of time playing pool in the club house. My wife loves it here and my kids are growing up here. Very friendly staff. I don't see leaving this community anytime soon.

This complex has been amazing to live in the last 4 years when I moved to Utah with my roommate. I am only moving out due to getting married. But the staff here have been amazing. Thank you Preston Hollow for the wonderful years and memories

It's a nice place to live.
Staff is kind and friendly, maintenance is fixed in a timely manner. Your able to find parking at all hours. It's also extremely quiet expecially being close to state street. I also love they will work with you if you plan on buying a house which is something I wouldn't of though an apartment would do.

I have lived in this complex for over 5 years now and it has been an outstanding place to call home. I would not change a thing! There are a lot of things I liked about living here, Maintenance was top notch! Randy is the best, personable & knowledgeable. The ladies in the office are very nice & helpful, when I had issues with a resident above me, they worked with me to make my life a little easier & moved me to another apt. Preston Hollow was the best apt complex I've ever lived in.
Nice design
Just moved in. Love the layout and the small community and very quiet apartments! Tons of dog walkers and clean roads.
Preston Hollow
My fiance and I have lived here for over 2 years and we love it! Whenever there is an issue, the front office is quick to help and it is always resolved the same day. It is very dog friendly here which is super important! Everything on the property is well maintained, especially the dog park. This has been our favorite apartment so far that we've lived in SLC!
Living at preston hollow apartment complex has been great. The staff at the leasing office is always super friendly and helpful with resolving any issues. The maintenance team has been quick to fix any problems and are always respectful when needing to enter the unit. They are pet friendly and have great areas for them outside. I enjoy the summers most with the pool and the grills that are open to use and share with the friendly neighbors of the complex.

Preston Hollow is a wonderful place to be. The staff make sure to make living here an excellent experience. They respond in a timely manner to both urgent and non-urgent matters. Staff are super friendly and reliable! The amenities here are excellent as well-- the new gym is amazing! I love having easy access to modern amenities like the Amazon hub and the pool areas. I would highly recommend looking no further than Preston Hollow if you are looking to rent. Completely worth it!

Highly recommend moving here if you are looking for a clean, modern, and comfortable place to stay. The amenities are worth every penny, highly enjoy the Amazon hub and new gym. Staff here are excellent and super friendly too! 10/10.
Definitely recommend
From the very start of finding a new place Jess was amazing throughout the entire process, everyone we’ve talked to from the office have been so nice and helpful and the apartments are nice and big the kitchen is HUGE and haven’t had any issues with anything so far. Love these apartments so far!
Preston Hollow
It was very easy to apply here. Took 2 days to get the approval and I’ve been at these apartments for 1 year and since then they are very easy to reach, also they get to their work orders very fast. Maintenance is very wonderful and respectful. I would recommend living here, management is very nice and thanks to Jess, my wife and I were able to get into an apartment as soon as possible. She made the process very easy and simple unlike other apartments.
Amazing staff
I had to move in quick and Jessica was so amazing at getting me in for a tour and getting all my documents signed really quick! They are always super responsive when I have questions and the property itself is well kept and maintained. Don’t love the price or the utility amounts, but otherwise I’ve enjoyed living here!

An absolutely fantastic place! Me and my wife were looking around a lot of options around Salt Lake City and each time we often found a hair in the soup in each place. We drove around and came upon Preston Hallow. We stepped into the office a couple minutes right before they were going to close and Jessica was more than happy to stay a little later to fill me in on the community. We scheduled a time to check out a 1 bed apartment with my wife and we were impressed by the amount of square footage and also with the price. The area is safe, clean, and quiet. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Almost my 3rd year here Office is always quick and helpful to answer any questions and comments I may have if there is a problem they are quick to send someone to help neighbors are all great peaceful and quiet and clean community .

The maintenance staff could not be more helpful! They are quick and efficient-my dishwasher broke and they were in the same day to replace it.

Friendly
The women who work the front have been super friendly and very on top of getting information to the tenants when we need to know things. The gym has also been nice, it could use more equipment though. I genuinely enjoy living in this area, it’s very nice and quiet.

Great maintenance staff, Randy fixed everything in my apartment! Maintenance is very fast to respond. Office staff is very nice, I appreciate Jessica, Tiffany and Kamryn they are all very helpful!

Hello, I have been living here for a year now and genuinely love it here. Maintenence is always fast and responsive, the management here is always down to earth and so friendly. They also do fun events with the community consistently. If you are looking for a beautiful place to live that doesn't overprice anything and everything, look here. Everything that goes into getting an apartment here is quick and easy. You will find nothing but good things here :)
