Amazing
Felicia is the nicest and coolest person. She really cares and goes out of her way for you. Julie, Lisa, and Tula are all great and make you feel welcome. The property looks amazing, and Lonnie & Isreal are awesome at fixing things and making sure you feel safe in your home. I'm grateful for all of them and happy to live here.

Maintenance
Put in a request to paint my balcony as it was in need of it and the maintenance crew had it done in 1 day. They’re always responsive backed by an excellent front office.
Katelyn is the “go to “ person
I had a repair issue that became complex. Many corporate offices would have taken the easy and quick way to address the issue by just ignoring me. Katelyn, however, found a fair and equitable way to resolve the issue. Her patience, calm professionalism, and understanding gave me the trust in Grand Reserve I haven’t experienced elsewhere.
