Just moved in, and wow I have never ever had such an amazing easy move in, I love everyone who helped me with this process. Moving from out town I had nothing go wrong, thank you so much for helping me and being so kind caring to me and my family. Love it and love you all. Have already passed on how amazing it is here to all my co-workers and family
Love this place
Three months ago my family and I were in a place where we were paying way too much for what we got. I am so glad my wife found Coyote Creek online. We fell in love with Coyote Creek from the day that we had our tour. The office personnel made the move in process as painless as possible. We do not regret moving here. We have enjoyed every day here. You get way more for less here. I would expect to pay a lot more for this place. We live on the third floor and thank the good Lord that there's an elevator here. Makes getting a week's worth of groceries to the apartment a breeze. The view from our apartment is beyond amazing. We have seen some of most beautiful sunrises and sunsets that we have ever seen. We also love how quite it is here. Not a lot of road noise here. I have ran out of words about how much I love living here. I would recommend this place to anyone. My only warning is to be prepared to fall in love with this place from day one, just like my family and I did.

I absolutely love living at Coyote Creek Apartments! The management team is fantastic – they're loyal, honest, and always looking for ways to create fun activities for us residents to come together and enjoy. They’re super organized and very communicative, always giving the best responses when we need help. I also have to mention the maintenance guy, Von! He’s amazing – always on top of his job, has a smile on his face, and is so sweet to both kids and pets. His positive attitude shines through, no matter how big or tough the job is. Honestly, I would highly recommend Coyote Creek over any other place. The kindness, love, respect, and attention we get here is unmatched. Plus, the activities they organize really bring everyone together! If I could I would rate Coyote Creek Apartments a 10 star rating!?
Quick Maintenance Repairs!
In February 2025, I had a faucet leak with my kitchen sink; Vaughn arrived the next morning and quickly fixed the problem. Former maintenance guy Rudy was also quick to respond to problems. Great work guys!
