Management and Maintenance
I couldn't have picked a better place. The office staff is so welcoming. From start to finish I have had nothing but a pleasant experience. Yanika and Grecia are quick to answer questions and the complex is always clean! The place is brand new so love my apartment no bugs, no rif raf, and its a pretty chill vibe overall .. my neighbors are chill.
Fast Response
I had the luxury of moving in over the course of a couple of weeks. I love my hot water, super hot. I requested from maintenance that they turn the hot water up one notch. The next time that I went into my apartment, there was a note from Noor that he had been there and taken care of the hot water. Less than 12 hours from request!!! I appreciate a fast response. My last place ignored most maintenance requests and ignored that my hot water was intermittent. Thanks Noor!
