He was able to take care of the issues on the same day and handles these issues in a polite and nice manner. So far, one can see that he stands behind his work and makes sure that the job is done. I am very pleased with such services so far and the response time which is quick and expedient when dealing with the issues at hand.

Overview of Orlando Sky Apartments
First, the management team here is fantastic. Rafehal (sp?) is on top of every request I have made. He is friendly and very professional. You couldn't have hired a better resident manager. I moved here in January and was unloading my pickup truck. I am elderly, and Rafehal saw I was struggling and stopped what he was doing to help me. I was so grateful. Second, the apartment itself. It is perfect for my needs. It is clean and well maintained. I half expected it to be crawling with bugs, as many apartments are, but not here. The people here are friendly as well. Thank you for renting to me.
