I toured this property the other day with a friend, the leasing agent Chloe and manager Ally were so friendly and inviting. You can tell they really care about their tenants and bringing a vibe to the old Chelsea park.
Midcentral apts
We have lived here for years and since AMC has taken over it has continued to improve. Noah goes above and beyond to help in any and every way he can hes caring and nice. Everybody who works here are great and are ready to resolve any concerns. We love living at these apartments and the staff especially Noah hes the best. We love living here.

Helpful timely maintenance
If you ever worried about apartment maintenance you will be happy to know our maintenance team responds quickly and professionally. Mid Central makes it easy to report any problem no matter how small or large. From replacing my garbage disposal to hanging new blinds the team is efficient and thoughtful too.

I lived here several years ago and we moved away for personal reasons but then recently I moved back here because I missed it and the price was good! The other residents have been nothing but kind to me and the staff has been very helpful. The maintainence guys are rockstar as well! Overall I would definitely recommend living here! Come be part of the community!

I cannot say enough positive things about the incredible team at the leasing office, especially Brenlee and Callie. From the very beginning of my residency, they have gone above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my living experience is smooth, stress-free, and supportive. Their communication is prompt, clear, and always respectful—whether it's a routine update, a question about my lease, or an urgent request, they respond with care and attention to detail. Brenlee and Callie are both incredibly organized and professional, making everything from paperwork to rent payments to community notices easy to navigate. Most impressively, the maintenance team is truly exceptional. Requests are handled quickly, and the work is always done thoroughly. It’s clear the staff take pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for all residents. This is by far one of the best-run properties I’ve ever lived in, and that is thanks in large part to the dedicated leadership of Brenlee and Callie. Their warmth, reliability, and professionalism make this community feel like home. Highly recommend!
