We welcome 2 pets per apartment home, cats and/or dogs. Pets must be fixed and have up-to-date shot records. Each pet requires a non-refundable pet fee of $250 for the 1st pet and $250 for the 2nd pet. Pet rent is $20/month per cat and $20/month per dog. A pet interview is required for all dogs. Some breed restrictions. Please contact the leasing office for full pet policy!

Great choice
Great customer care. Misha and Briana made sure my process was easy and fast. Very kindhearted people they made me feel welcomed and I plan on staying here for a long time. The neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet I recommend Ashland Commons.

I love the landlord. She is very sweet,welcoming and does her job. Maintenance does their job good. Neighborhood has gym,pool,tennis court,grill,pets allowed.
