Pet screening is required as a part of the application process. If you have applied, you must create your profile with Pet Screening. This is a requirement EVEN if you do not have a pet. Exceptions for legally documented service animals or emotional support pets. Pet owners are required to pick up their pets' feces, and failure to do so will be the basis for eviction.
