These fees are typically due at the time of move-in or as part of the initial leasing process

Security Deposit $250-1 Month's Rent

Pet Fees $50-$400/per pet and/or unit

Utility Billing Fee $15 one-time at move-in

Parcel Pending Set Up $20 one time at move-in
