Below, you'll find a clear list of initial and monthly costs that are in addition to the base rent. Our goal is to make your living experience enjoyable and financially manageable. These fees are typically due at the time of move-in or as part of the initial leasing process
Application Fee $75/per applicant
Applies to every occupant over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment
Security Deposit $500-1 Month's Rent
(refundable pending move out inspection/final utility billing)
First Month's Rent Base rent amount

Admin Fee $300/per unit
(if fee applies it is non-refundable)*
