Below, you'll find a clear list of initial and monthly costs that are in addition to the base rent. Our goal is to make your living experience enjoyable and financially manageable. Application Fee $63.50/applicant over 18 years of age + $5.17 online convenience charge
Housing Subsidy Application Fee (no credit report or credit score): $57.50/applicant + $4.96 convenience fee // $0.00/applicant PTSR provided application
Security Deposit $500/$750/$1000 Paid in Certified Funds based on third-party screening recommendation

First Month's Rent Base rent amount
Following month's rent is also due at move-in if move-in is scheduled for the 24th of the month or later
Holding Fee $200/$225/$250 per unit
Non-refundable if home is held for longer than 72 hours
Pet Deposit $300/household
