Gas - Paid to the property in addition to rent Variable
Sewer - Paid to the property in addition to rent Variable
Trash - Paid to the property in addition to rent Variable
Processing fee for shared utilities $5.00 per month
Water - Paid to the property in addition to rent Variable

Prisma Credit Reporting Program. Amount Per Person Enrolled $12.00 per month
Renter's Liability Waiver - Optional in lieu of HO4 policy $12.00 per month
Monthly pet expense per household - NOT per pet $35.00 per month
