Below, you'll find a clear list of initial and monthly costs that are in addition to the base rent. Our goal is to make your living experience enjoyable and financially manageable. These fees are typically due at the time of move-in or as part of the initial leasing process
Application Fee $50/per applicant plus $5 convenience fee by on line processor
Security Deposit $750-2 Month's Rent
