HOW TO PLAN YOUR MONTHLY EXPENSES:

  1. ADD BASE RENT: START WITH YOUR RENT AMOUNT.
  2. ADD REQUIRED FEES: INCLUDE THINGS LIKE UTILITIES OR PARKING FEES.
  3. ADD OPTIONAL COSTS: ADD ANY EXTRA THINGS YOU CHOOSE (E.G., INTERNET OR SUBSCRIPTIONS).
  4. TOTAL COST: ADD EVERYTHING UP TO GET YOUR MONTHLY COST.
