Below, you'll find a clear list of initial and monthly costs that are in addition to the base rent. Our goal is to make your living experience enjoyable and financially manageable. These fees are typically due at the time of move-in or as part of the initial leasing process
Application Fee $45/per applicant
plus additional taxes
Security Deposit $250 on approved credit
(refundable)
First Month's Rent Prorated base rent
(next months rent due if move in on or after 25th of month)
Admin Fee $245 per unit
(if fee applies it is non-refundable, includes onetime activation fee of $10)*
Pet Fees $250 per unit

Pet Deposit $150 per unit

These are recurring fees that will be part of your regular payments each month. Some may be paid with rent while others could be paid directly to the utility provider or outside third party
