Fee Guide Villas at Homestead

Welcome to Villas at Homestead! We prioritize transparency about the fees you may encounter as a resident to help you choose a home that fits your budget. Below, you'll find a clear list of initial and monthly costs that are in addition to the base rent. Our goal is to make your living experience enjoyable and financially manageable. Please review these fees to understand your potential financial commitments fully.

These fees are typically due at the time of move-in or as part of the initial leasing process
Application Fee $53.15 per standard application -$47.15 per housing subsidy application
If fee applies it is none refundable once application is processed
Security Deposit $500/$1,000/$1,500 depending upon what the applicant qualifies for
Deposit is refundable 60 days after satisfactory move out inspection
First Month's Rent Base monthly rent amount will be pro-rated if not moved in by the 1st of a month.
Lease Holders base monthly rent will apply
Admin Fee $250.00 none-refundable lease initiation fee
For Administrative & other cost incurred for lease processing & preparation
Holding Fee $170 for 1x1 $200 for 2x1 or small 2x2 $215 for Large 2x2 $250 for 3X2
Required to reserve a Apt - if applied none refundable
Pet Deposit $300.00 per household
Deposit is refundable 60 days after satisfactory move out inspection
Utility Billing Fee $15 one time set up fee and $4.90 service fee
Billed by third party
