Permitted Parking per vehicle $9.00 per month
Electric - Based on usage (Paid directly to provider) Variable
Gas - Based on usage (Paid directly to provider) Variable
Sewer - Based on formula; ratio billing and usage (billed by 3rd party) Variable
Trash - Based on formula; ratio billing and usage (billed by 3rd party) Variable
Water - Based on formula; ratio billing and usage (billed by 3rd party) Variable
Utility Admin Fee $7.00 per month

Pisma Credit Reporting Program. Amount Per Person Enrolled $7.00 - $10.00 per month
Garage Rent per Space w/ $50 Deposit $100.00 per month
Renter's Liability Waiver - Optional in lieu of HO4 policy $12.00 per month
Pet Rent per household (if applicable) $35.00 per month
How to Budget Your Monthly Costs
